Returns and Exchanges

To ensure your comfort and satisfaction with your purchases, you can exchange or return an item in accordance with the conditions below.


 

General Terms for Returns and Exchanges

 -The item was purchased at the ZHURAVKA store.

-No more than 14 calendar days have passed since you received the order.

-The buyer provides a payment document (receipt) confirming the purchase.

-The item retains its marketable condition and shows no signs of use or damage.

-All original packaging and accompanying documents are preserved.

-The buyer covers all expenses related to the return/exchange, including shipping.

Please Note

In accordance with CMU Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

-Printed products (prints, postcards, calendars, etc.).


 

How to Return a Good-Quality Item

 

-Contact me at zhuravka.onlineshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

-Send photos of the item and the payment receipt.

-After confirmation, send the item via Nova Poshta delivery service (you will receive the shipping details by email after you contact me).

-Send me the parcel tracking number.

Important! The buyer pays for the return shipping.


 

Requirements for Returning Items

 

For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following requirements:

-It must not have been used.

-It must not have damage such as scratches, creases, scuffs, liquid or chemical stains, or any other damage caused by improper transportation or storage.

-All labels and tags, if any, must be in place and undamaged.

-The item must be returned in its original packaging.

If these requirements are not met, the item is not eligible for return. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the buyer without a refund.


 

Returning Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you have received an item with a defect or damage:

-Contact me.

-Send photos that confirm the defect.

-An exchange is possible if the same item is available.

In such cases, the seller covers the cost of return shipping.


 

Refunds

 

After I receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

The funds will be returned to the same card used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account may depend on your bank's policy.


 

Additional Information

 

Returns and exchanges are available throughout Ukraine, with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, temporarily occupied territories, and active combat zones.
